What is KeyFocus?

KeyFocus is a guided real-estate photography product designed to help users capture and process polished, listing-ready images without arranging a full professional shoot for every property.

Who is KeyFocus for?

KeyFocus is designed for people responsible for creating real-estate listing imagery, including agents and other property professionals. You remain responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for a particular assignment and for following applicable brokerage, MLS, advertising, privacy, and professional rules.

Why does KeyFocus capture multiple images?

KeyFocus may capture a bracket of differently exposed images so that processing can combine useful information from bright and dark areas into a more balanced result.

How are photos processed?

KeyFocus may use automated processing and third-party image processors to align, blend, correct, and enhance images. Optional AI edits may also be available. Processing can fail or create unwanted changes, so review every result before publication or delivery.

How do KeyFocus credits work?

KeyFocus uses 32 credits for each successfully processed finished photo. A bracketed capture can include multiple source frames, but those hidden source frames are not billed separately. Viewing, downloading, sharing or retrying delivery of an already-paid finished result does not create another processing charge.

What credit packs will be available?

The current U.S. reference packages are Single Listing at $49.99 for 640 credits, Agent at $149.99 for 1,920 credits plus 192 bonus credits (2,112 total), and Power Agent at $499.99 for 6,400 credits plus 1,280 bonus credits (7,680 total). Those totals can process up to 20, 66 and 240 finished photos, respectively, at the current 32-credit rate. Purchases are not yet available. When they are, the localized price shown by the in-app store will control.

Do paid credits expire?

Credits from paid packs, including their package bonus credits, do not expire or reset monthly under the current policy.

What happens to credits if processing fails or I retry?

A request that fails before acceptance creates no debit. An eligible terminal failure after acceptance releases or refunds the original debit through the same request identity. Retrying or reconciling that same request must not charge again. If a result is still unresolved, contact support rather than submitting repeated new jobs.

How much does Edit with AI cost?

Edit with AI costs 10 credits per photo for each deliberate accepted edit pass. Selecting several supported edits for the same photo in one pass still costs 10 credits for that photo, not 10 credits per edit. A later new pass may cost another 10 credits. A retry of the same accepted request does not charge again.

Is photographer or camera removal an extra paid AI edit?

No. Photographer/camera removal is included in baseline KeyFocus processing where the processing provider can support it. It is automatic, not a separately billable Edit with AI choice. Results can vary with the scene and available provider capability.

Does KeyFocus require my location?

No. Listing addresses can always be entered manually. If you deliberately ask for current-location help, KeyFocus requests foreground location access for that action and keeps the returned address editable. Denying or failing the request does not block manual entry.

Does KeyFocus upload my contacts?

No. KeyFocus does not upload your address book. Current referral sharing uses your device's normal copy and share tools and does not require Contacts permission.

Can AI edits change how a property looks?

Yes. Some edits can materially alter a scene or how a property condition appears. Review all edits and comply with any MLS, advertising, disclosure, or professional requirements that apply to you.

Where can I retrieve finished photos?

Finished photos are available in KeyFocus when processing completes. Device download is available where supported, and repeating download or delivery for an already-paid result does not use more processing credits. Cloud destinations appear only when that service is actually connected and available; availability can vary during Early Access.

Does KeyFocus retain copies of my images?

KeyFocus may maintain long-term internal copies of source brackets, representative images, baseline outputs, AI-edited versions, processing metadata, provider or order references, checksums, and processing history. Retention supports security, service integrity, fraud prevention, quality documentation, disputes, insurance or liability documentation, and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Who owns my images?

You retain the rights you have in the images you submit. To operate KeyFocus, you grant KeyFocus and certain service providers licenses needed to store, process, enhance, archive, and deliver those images. Some processing providers may receive additional rights under their applicable terms. See the KeyFocus Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

How do referrals qualify?

A referral qualifies when the referred authenticated customer completes their first legitimate paid credit purchase, not when they sign up. The current rolling 12-month tiers are Standard at 0–9 active qualified referrals, Gold at 10–24 and Platinum at 25 or more. Benefits are 0%, 5% and 10%, respectively; they do not stack, and there is no automatic credit bounty. Downgrades have a 30-day grace period. Referral benefits will appear only through an authorized offering when purchases become available.

How do I delete my account?

In a connected app build, go to Account → Privacy & Security → Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompt. If that is unavailable, email privacy@keyfocus.app. Some protected records or media may remain under the disclosed archival, security, transaction, dispute, backup, or legal practices.

How do I contact support?

Email support@keyfocus.app or use the support form. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, access codes, or security codes.
