AI Photo Processing

KeyFocus uses automated image-processing tools to help turn source photographs into polished, listing-ready images. Processing may include alignment, HDR blending, perspective correction, color and exposure adjustments, sky or window-related adjustments, and optional AI-assisted edits. The features available can vary by product version and processing provider.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

KeyFocus may send source images, representative images, related metadata, and processing instructions to approved third-party image-processing providers when needed to provide the Service. Those providers process content under their own contracts and privacy practices. Their terms may give them licenses or other rights needed to host, process, support, secure, improve, and operate their services and, where their terms permit, may include training or promotional rights. REVIEW EVERY RESULT

Automated and AI-assisted outputs can contain mistakes, omissions, artifacts, or unwanted changes. Optional edits can materially alter how a room, view, sky, object, finish, or property condition appears. You are responsible for reviewing each image before publishing, delivering, or relying on it.

Real-estate, MLS, advertising, professional, and disclosure rules may restrict certain edits or require that they be disclosed. Rules differ by location and organization. KeyFocus does not provide legal advice; use your professional judgment and follow the rules that apply to your work.

AVAILABILITY AND FAILURES

Processing depends on networks, devices, and third-party services. A processing attempt may be delayed, unavailable, or unsuccessful, and a particular result is not guaranteed. Keep appropriate copies of important source material until you have verified delivery.
